So...
I went to Ohio this weekend to visit my best friend from high school so that I could see her daughter be baptized, as I am the girl's Godmother.
I ran Thursday and then got a short, 2-3miler (not sure exactly as I forgot my watch) on Sunday.
And I SHOULD run today, but I am NOT feeling it. I need some motivation. If I had to decide right now (it's 10am), I would NOT go. I'm just tired, and a little sore, and just generally not interested in it today. I could give you some of my pretend excuses, but the honest truth is I'm just not feeling it. I REALLY want to be a lazy bump and sleep this afternoon after work.
What do you do to get over the hump on days like this?
